Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) is a transformative practice that integrates the body and mind to arrive at deeper levels of clarity and awareness of one's life. Comprised of meditation, repetition of mantras, breathwork and dance, SAH works the muscles of the body similar to a fitness program. All exercise and wellness programs involve a risk of injury. By choosing to test out any session offered here, you voluntarily assume the risk of potential injury.
So please understand that you are agreeing to the following:
"By trying each session, I affirm that I am solely responsible for my health and well-being, as well as my decision to practice SAH Method, a program of physical and mental exercises.
+I agree to clear my floor of any animals or objects that might cause instability underfoot, inclusive of rugs that do not have non-slip backing.
+I understand that this class was delivered remotely via Zoom and as such, the instructor cannot come to my immediate aid in my private space.
+I agree to have water to drink at the ready and towels to remove excessive sweat to protect against my slipping.
+I agree to go at my own pace and modify moves as necessary as demonstrated by Anna B. Scott
Though all efforts are made to make SAH accessible to any body, I understand that movement practices are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. I agree to listen to my body and monitor myself while trying out this recorded class. When instructed, I will use alternative ways of executing the moves if my body is telling me I need to do so.”
